Child Support Services-Twin Falls, Dhw5
Community Resource
Acerca de este recurso
Child Support Services are designed for families where children do not reside with one or both parents. These services can assist in several ways: 1) Finding parents. 2) Establishing paternity, which is the legal connection between a father and child. 3) Creating or modifying a court order for child support and/or medical support. 4) Collecting and documenting child support payments. 5) Enforcing child support responsibilities. A fee of $25.00 is required, with additional charges for specialized services like legal assistance. However, if there is an open benefit program, this fee is waived. The Regional Child Support Program is overseen by the Division of Welfare. For assistance with the Idaho Family Support Card, including card replacement, usage issues, activation, PIN changes, balance inquiries, or transaction disputes, contact JP Morgan Customer Support. Services are available in English, with interpreters accessible upon request.
Intake Procedure: Call to initiate the process, complete a written application, and provide copies of any existing orders if available.
