The Regional Developmental Disabilities Program provides services tailored to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. These services encompass evaluations, referrals, information dissemination, guardianships, commitments, family support, and guidance on private providers of developmental disability services. Additionally, the program features the Infant Toddler initiative, which delivers early intervention services designed to assist families in nurturing their infants and toddlers (from birth to 36 months) to achieve their fullest potential. These early intervention services address both the developmental requirements of the child and the family's needs to foster the child's growth. The Idaho Infant Toddler Program operates through multidisciplinary teams of therapists skilled in aiding children in developing communication, mobility, cognitive skills, eating, and engaging in daily family activities. Services are available in English, with interpreters accessible as needed.
