The Regional Developmental Disabilities Program provides services tailored to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. These services encompass evaluation, referrals, information dissemination, guardianships, commitments, family support, and guidance on private service providers. Additionally, the program includes the Infant Toddler initiative, which offers early intervention services aimed at assisting families in nurturing their infants and toddlers (ages birth to 36 months) to achieve their fullest potential. The early intervention services cater to both the developmental needs of the child and the family's requirements to foster the child's growth. This program is supported by multidisciplinary teams of therapists skilled in helping children develop communication, motor skills, cognitive abilities, eating habits, and overall participation in family activities.
