Developmental Disabilities Program-Twin Falls, Dhw5

The Regional Developmental Disabilities Program provides essential services tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. These services encompass evaluations, referrals, information dissemination, guardianships, and family support, along with sharing resources about private providers of developmental disability services. Additionally, the program features the Idaho Infant Toddler Program, which delivers early intervention services aimed at helping families support their infants and toddlers (from birth to 36 months) in achieving their full potential. The early intervention services are designed to address both the developmental needs of the child and the family's requirements to foster the child's growth. This program is facilitated by multidisciplinary teams of therapists skilled in aiding children in communication, mobility, cognitive skills, nutrition, and engagement in family activities.
