Idaho Commission For The Blind And Visually Impaired, Twin Falls

The Idaho Commission for the Blind & Visually Impaired's Twin Falls Office offers three primary programs: Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Independent Living Services, and Sight Restoration Services. The Vocational Rehabilitation Services aim to help visually impaired or blind individuals reintegrate into the workforce. Independent Living Services focus on enabling visually impaired or blind individuals to achieve maximum independence in their daily lives. Sight Restoration Services primarily provide financial support to eligible individuals to help mitigate or eliminate the risk of blindness. Additionally, training in alternative techniques for blindness, such as Braille, cane usage, home economics, and communication skills, is offered. A residential training program is also available at the Boise office, along with low vision services that include adaptive equipment, magnifiers, and voice output devices. Services are provided in English.
