This initiative offers essential medical equipment free of charge to those with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. The inventory is frequently updated as new donations come in and items are loaned out. A waiting list is maintained for items that are not immediately available.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can visit the website, call, or email for further details. If a specific item is in stock, clients need to complete a waiver before the item is shipped. If the item is unavailable, clients will be added to a waiting list and notified once it becomes available.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
