Individuals who have been incarcerated can access various services after their release, including temporary housing, food, bus passes, clothing, and case management in English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Services are available on a walk-in basis or by scheduling an appointment. For more details, please call or email.
Fees: There are no fees for these services.

- Individuals must provide documentation of their incarceration, and those with an open CPS case are ineligible for this funding.
