The service provides a crisis hotline and various support options including screening, assessment, and diagnosis, along with personalized treatment plans. It encompasses outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services, medical assistance, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), medication-assisted therapy (MAT), psychiatric medications, targeted case management, basic skills training, psychiatric rehabilitation, peer support, counseling, and assertive community treatment (ACT). Services are certified by BHCEN (Behavioral Health Certifications for Excellence in Nevada, formerly SAPTA). Language support includes translation services in Spanish and English.

Fees are based on a sliding scale.
