This initiative provides comprehensive primary care services tailored for seniors, featuring telehealth appointments for cardiology, nutritional guidance, laboratory tests, preventive health screenings, routine blood tests, and testing for influenza A and B, COVID-19, and strep. Additionally, it includes skin cancer checks, assessments for urinary incontinence, and vaccinations for flu, shingles, tetanus, and pneumonia. Same-day medical appointments may be available. Services are offered in Spanish, Vietnamese, and English.

Intake can be done through walk-ins or scheduled appointments, with information accessible via phone, email, or the website.

Fees are determined on a sliding scale.
