This program provides day care for adults and seniors who are functionally frail or have mental, physical, or cognitive impairments, including those with Alzheimer's, dementia, traumatic brain injury, and Parkinson's disease. It features a blend of social, recreational, health, and nutritional activities that are therapeutically beneficial, as well as family support services aimed at delaying or preventing the need for institutional care. The facility has full-time nursing staff available and offers services in both Spanish and English.
