This initiative provides a variety of supportive services for individuals living with AIDS/HIV through the Ryan White Part A program. Available services encompass eligibility assistance, medical case management, educational support, medical transportation, nutritional guidance, mental health therapy, housing support, dental care, and referrals to additional community resources. Services are offered in both Spanish and English.
Intake Procedure: Appointments are required.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
