This program provides a range of primary care services tailored for seniors, such as cardiology telehealth consultations, nutritional guidance, laboratory tests, preventive health screenings, routine blood tests, and tests for influenza A and B, COVID-19, and strep throat. It also includes skin cancer checks, urinary incontinence evaluations, and vaccinations for flu, shingles, tetanus, and pneumonia. Same-day medical appointments may be available. Services are offered in Spanish, Vietnamese, and English.
