Fees: Medicaid fee-for-service (FFS) is applicable.

- Patients must have a physician's referral or order for home health services. Medicare, Tricare, and Allwell insurance are accepted in Clark County, while Department of Labor insurance is valid in both Pahrump and Clark County.
