Acerca de este recurso
The Utility Tax Rebate Program in Las Vegas is designed for low-income seniors living within the city, and it now features elevated income thresholds for eligibility. Individuals who previously did not meet the criteria might now qualify due to these new limits. Applications can be submitted from August 1 to October 14, 2026, for rebates on franchise taxes and sewer fees incurred in 2025. Application forms are not accessible online; residents are encouraged to contact their desired center to schedule an appointment. The program is available in English.
Intake Procedure: To apply, individuals must present copies of all their 2025 utility bills from NV Energy, Southwest Gas, and CenturyLink/Cox Communications, along with photo ID, proof of income, evidence of bill payment, and other necessary documents. It is essential that the identification and bills correspond to the same physical address.
