This program provides financial support for utility bills, contingent on the availability of funds, and is offered in both Spanish and English.
Application Process: Individuals can apply by visiting one of our office locations or through our website.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.

- The financial assistance for housing-related expenses is issued via checks made out to either the client or their landlord/mortgage company. Utility payments can also be directed to the utility vendor. A single-person household may receive up to $400.00 monthly, with an extra $135.00 for each additional member. Assistance is available once every twelve months unless there are employment barriers recognized by Clark County Social Service or a disability as defined by the Social Security Administration’s Blue Book.
