Dignity Health Saint Rose Dominican Hospitals

This initiative provides fresh produce bag deliveries to those who are dealing with food insecurity while managing one or more chronic health conditions, whether physical or mental. Participants will receive these deliveries every two weeks for a duration of six months after enrollment. Services are offered in both English and Spanish.
