This program assists veterans by linking them with a Veterans Affairs case manager who provides support for financial, health, recovery, and housing challenges. Case managers will help veterans access community resources. Languages offered include English.
Intake Procedure: Veterans can walk in or schedule an appointment. For more information, they can call, email, or visit the website.
