This initiative offers transitional housing for youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Participants can benefit from comprehensive case management, counseling for substance use disorders, mental health referrals, educational evaluations, vocational training, and life skills workshops. Basic necessities such as food, clothing, and hygiene products are provided to residents. Services are available in English and Spanish.
