Helping Hands Of Vegas Valley

The program provides support to seniors aged 60 and above for minor home repairs, addressing problems such as leaking or broken faucets, clogged drains, malfunctioning toilets, appliance repairs and replacements, lock changes, air filter replacements, smoke alarm installations, and light bulb changes. Depending on available funding, HVAC systems may also be repaired or replaced. Note that the program does not cover outdoor work, water heaters, or roofing issues. Services are offered in both Spanish and English.

Intake Procedure: Eligibility is assessed through a phone call prior to dispatching a repair technician. The application process is completed during the repair visit, and a Nevada ID is required for verification.

Fees: There are no fees for the services provided.
