Nevada Care Connection, a program by the Jewish Family Service Agency and funded by the State of Nevada, aims to empower older adults, individuals with disabilities, and family caregivers in Southern Nevada to maintain their independence, make informed choices, and utilize the resources essential for their well-being. Whether encountering new obstacles or needing everyday support, the JFSA team is ready to provide assistance. They connect individuals to various services and programs, including in-home care and financial aid, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and support to achieve their objectives. Services are available in both Spanish and English.
