The organization provides testing for HIV and STDs, a lending library, a cybercenter, and thorough sex education programs. It caters to LGBTQ+ youth aged 13-24, transgender individuals, and LGBTQ+ seniors over 50, offering advocacy and support services for LGBTQ+ individuals, allies, and crime victims. While appointments are strongly recommended, walk-in services are available for a limited number of patients each day. Translation services are accessible in French, Spanish, and English.
