This service allows DOL White Card holders and claimants to access home healthcare, private duty nursing (PDN), and personal care services (PCA). Additionally, individuals can hire a qualified friend or family member to assist with their care needs. At no cost, information regarding EEOICPA, referrals to claim assistance advocates, local DEEOIC enrolled providers, and community resources is available. Homecare providers can support patients with medication management, ventilators, tracheostomy care, feeding tubes, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), seizure management, oxygen management, TPN infusion, and managing multiple comorbidities, as well as coordinating medical equipment. Translation services are accessible, with English support.
