It is not limited to specific diseases; any medical procedure or appointment with a specialized MD or DO qualifies for assistance. Support is available for children aged 17 and under. Languages offered include Spanish and English.
Intake Procedure: Applications must be submitted online only.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
