Individuals can access online applications and self-service options via the Access Nevada website. https://accessnevada.nv.gov/ Languages available are Spanish and English.
Intake Process: Individuals may walk in, apply online, or call to schedule an appointment. Applications for the Energy Assistance Program (EAP) can be found on the Access Nevada website and submitted via email to energyassistance@dss.nv.gov.
Cost: There are no fees associated with these services.
