This program offers free nutritious foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding assistance, and referrals to health and social services for participants. Available languages include Spanish and English.

- The program is designed for income-eligible pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to 5 years old who are at nutritional risk. Fathers of children under 5 are also encouraged to enroll their kids in WIC.
