This initiative provides the replacement of up to four appliances, such as a refrigerator with a top freezer, heat pump clothes dryer, clothes washer, and dishwasher, for individuals who qualify based on their income. The old appliances will be taken away and substituted with new ones. Available languages include English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Appointments are required. For more information, please email or visit the website. Applications can be submitted online or via paper.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- • Check the website for income criteria. • Must be a residential customer of NV Energy, either owning or renting their home. • Appliances eligible for replacement, like refrigerators and electric dryers, must have been manufactured in or before 2013. • Renters need to provide written consent from the property owner. • Applicants must meet income eligibility standards or be enrolled in at least one qualifying public assistance program.
