This on-demand ride-share pilot improves connectivity for individuals living in West Henderson and the southwest valley. It offers pick-up from a customer's doorstep or a nearby spot, linking them to transit stops and other key places like medical facilities and grocery stores. Customers might need to walk a short distance to their pick-up point or final destination. Besides accessing locations within the OnDemand Zone, riders can also reach areas outside the zone by transferring to fixed-route transit at the service area's boundary. Rides can be scheduled up to seven days ahead or requested for same-day service within 30 minutes. Each vehicle accommodates up to 12 passengers and operates daily from 4:00 am to 1:45 am. The fleet includes vehicles with Wi-Fi, bike racks, and ADA compliance for wheelchair users. Services are available in English and Spanish.
