This service provides essential personal health care for daily living activities, which includes changing linens, supervising general health, assisting with prescribed exercises, bathing and dressing, supporting mobility, offering personal care, and aiding in ambulation and transfers. Available languages include English, Spanish, and Tagalog.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for an in-home evaluation with a doctor or medical staff.
Fees: Covered 100% by Medicare.
