In sexual assault or abuse cases, victims and prosecution witnesses can have an advocate present in court to help clarify the legal process and ensure their comfort during the proceedings. Services are offered in both Spanish and English.
Intake Procedure: Clients should reach out to the office when they have an upcoming court date.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
