This initiative provides extra nutritional foods for children under the age of 5, as well as for pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women. It also offers nutritional guidance, support for breastfeeding, and referrals to community services. Available languages include Spanish and English.
Application Process: Applications must be submitted in person.
Cost: There are no fees involved.
