This initiative supplies supplemental nutrition to children under the age of 5, as well as to pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women. It also offers nutritional guidance, breastfeeding assistance, and connections to community resources. Available in Spanish and English.
Intake Procedure: Applications must be made in person.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
