This program offers financial support for rent, mortgage, and related housing costs, contingent on funding availability, and is accessible in Spanish and English.
To apply, individuals can either visit our office locations or submit an application online through our website.
There are no fees associated with this service.
Quién puede usar esto
- Assistance is provided through checks issued to the client or their landlord/mortgage company, with a maximum of $400.00 monthly for single-person households, and an additional $135.00 for each extra household member. Households can only receive assistance once every twelve months unless they face employment barriers or have a disability as defined by the Social Security Administration.
