Neighborhood Housing Services Of Southern Nevada

This program offers HUD-approved education and counseling for first-time homebuyers. Following an initial workshop, participants can engage in one-on-one sessions to develop a budget and understand how factors like savings, credit, and income influence their readiness to apply for a mortgage, along with access to down payment assistance. Services are available in both Spanish and English.
