The program investigates claims of abuse, neglect, exploitation, isolation, or abandonment concerning vulnerable adults aged 18-59, as well as those who are 60 years and older, all of whom are classified as vulnerable adults. Social workers from APS take necessary measures to protect these individuals, ensuring their safety, welfare, and civil rights. Available languages include English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Reports can be made via phone.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
