The C3 team consists of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Human Services Case Manager who engage with individuals under 18 in the community dealing with mental, emotional, substance-related, or suicidal crises. They help these youths access community services and resources to mitigate or remove the obstacles leading to their crisis, along with providing case management and follow-up support. To make a referral to C3, please call 775-463-6620. Services are available in English.
