Therapeutic services are provided in both individual and group formats to address a range of issues including trauma, grief, substance use disorders, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. Various therapeutic methods are employed, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Existentialism. Services are available in English.
Intake Procedure: Appointments are required.
Fees: A sliding scale is available.
