This initiative provides support to older adults, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, veterans, and families, allowing them to access long-term services and supports in the community without regard to income or age. It also offers help with completing necessary paperwork for programs like SNAP, Medicaid, and the Weatherization and Energy Assistance Program. Language support is available, including translation services in English.
