The C3 team consists of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Human Services Case Manager who engage with individuals under 18 in the community facing mental, emotional, substance-related, or suicidal crises. They help these youths access community services and support to mitigate or remove the barriers contributing to their crises, offering case management and follow-up assistance. To refer someone to C3, please call 775-463-6620. Services are available in English.
Intake Procedure: Call for information.
Fees: No charge.
