Lyon County Human Services

This program provides support and case management for individuals who are categorized as homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, particularly those dealing with serious mental health conditions or physical illnesses that hinder their ability to work. Services encompass assistance with the social security application process from start to finish, including monitoring and acting as the authorized representative. Additional offerings include help with community referrals, scheduling appointments, transportation support, interactive case management, volunteer opportunities, and resources for housing and income stabilization. Language services are available, including translation support in English.
