This program offers a self-help approach grounded in evidence for individuals dealing with various forms of addiction, such as substance misuse, gambling, shopping, and overeating. Sessions are conducted on Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and Fridays from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. The program is available in English.
Intake Process: Participants can walk in, or they can call, email, or visit the website for more details.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
