This initiative provides educational and work readiness services aimed at youth, featuring training and career coaching to assist them in developing and refining their work readiness abilities. Young individuals, both in and out of school, acquire knowledge in areas such as financial literacy, interviewing techniques, suitable workplace attire, healthy decision-making, conflict resolution, essential life skills, and receive academic assistance. Available languages include English.
