Therapeutic sessions are available in both individual and group settings to help with a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, grief, substance use disorders, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. Various therapeutic approaches are applied, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Existentialism. Services are provided in English.
