Non-Medical Case Management (NMCM) is available for clients with HIV/AIDS, offering support or referrals for medical care, legal and financial assistance, substance use disorder treatment, housing, and other necessary services. Eligible clients may benefit from both public and private programs, including Medicaid, Medicare Part D, State Pharmacy Assistance Programs, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Patient Assistance Programs, and additional local or state healthcare options. Services can be accessed through various communication methods such as phone, written correspondence, in-person meetings, or other formats. Available languages include English and Spanish.
