This service helps in acquiring school and medical documentation, prepares and submits due process hearing requests, and offers representation during early resolution sessions, mediations, administrative hearings, and Federal Court appeals. It advocates for the rights of children and their families to secure a free and appropriate public education as mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Available languages include Spanish and English.
