Delivers mental health services such as individual and couples/family counseling (for both youth and seniors), narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, grief counseling, anger management, trauma counseling, psychodynamic therapy, and substance use treatment/recovery groups. Additionally, it includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). Services are available both in-person and via telehealth. Languages offered: English.
Intake Procedure: Appointment required.
Fees: Fixed fees apply.
