Provides complimentary haircuts to individuals who arrive, operating on a first-come, first-served basis. This initiative is funded by a grant from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicaid and supported by volunteers from Northern Nevada Barber Academy and Supercuts. Available languages include Spanish and English.
