Neighbor Network Of Northern Nevada

This initiative aids individuals with disabilities, seniors, and their families by delivering in-home and community-oriented services that promote engagement through a person/family-centered care planning model. Services offered include respite for family caregivers, personal care, home management, healthcare assistance, transportation, and opportunities for social, leisure, and recreational activities. Additionally, it provides avenues for civic engagement and self-advocacy, educational resources for individuals and their families, and access to community services. Language support includes translation services in Spanish and English.
