This program offers complimentary social interaction and friendly visits to eligible seniors aged 60 and above in the Reno/Sparks area who are experiencing social isolation and loneliness, and who typically request weekly visits while qualifying as low-income. Volunteers provide companionship and assistance for independent living through in-home visits, emotional support, transportation, help with essential errands, social outings, and advocacy. Enrollment requires an in-home assessment. Services are available in English.
