This initiative provides tailored support for individuals who are homeless. It includes visiting encampments, offering specialized case management to help secure stable housing and obtain vital government documents for employment, housing, and benefits. Additionally, it provides behavioral and peer support and conducts clean-up of abandoned encampments. Translation services are available.
Intake Process: Individuals can walk in or schedule an appointment. For more details, they can call, email, or check the website.
Costs: There are no fees associated with the services.
