This program provides respite care vouchers for caregivers who look after individuals at risk when left unattended. Services are offered in English.
Intake Process: Prior to consideration, a client evaluation form is required.; Additional Requirements: Individuals diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's must submit their applications through the Alzheimer's Association.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Aims to assist individuals who fall within 175% of the federal poverty level, with referrals for dementia and Alzheimer's cases directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
